• Handles and manages all the loan collection
• Deals and meets with customers directly for compensate the payment
• Contacts closely with local authorities by solving the problem in order to speed up the procedure
• Negotiates and finalizes with lessee for customers who are difficultly to pay
• Manages and controls the master list of late payment
• Conducts and checks the home investigation by strategic and effective action
• Manages and controls the daily, weekly, and monthly collection lessee’s schedule
• Facilitates and prepares the monthly collection report and action plan
• Creates and makes the daily & monthly collection performance report
• Provides a strong support to other related departments
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

• Pursuing/Graduated Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, or other related fields.
• At least 1-year experience in bad debt recovery or loan collection
• Understanding in MFIs, Banking, and/or Financial Leasing Company is a plus
• Be able to communicate in English is a plus
• Be honest, teamwork and good communication skill.
• Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet & Email).
• At least 1-year experience in bad debt recovery or loan collection
• Understanding in MFIs, Banking, and/or Financial Leasing Company is a plus
• Be able to communicate in English is a plus
